This is another great customization feature since you don’t have to automatically apply every adjustment you made on your first image to others. Once you hit the Sync button, a menu will come up allowing you to select what adjustments of the first image you would like applied to the ones you just selected (Figure 5). If Auto Sync is still turned on, flip that switch off.ģ. Go back to your Develop palette and click the Sync button to sync your images (Figure 4). Hold down the CTRL key and click on the images you would like to change.Ģ. Instead of selecting all my images like I did before, I’m only going to choose three other photos to apply the adjustment I’ve already made to my first photo of the cake. Instead of changing all my photos to black and white, I’m now just going to change the first image (Figure 3).ġ. In the example below, I’ve re-saturated all my images so that I’m back to where I began. You can also apply a change you’ve already made on one image to as many images as you select (whether some or all). Depending on the speed of your computer, it may take a few minutes to apply your chosen effects to all your images. For this example, I decided to desaturate all my photographs. Make any adjustment(s) you want and it will now be applied to all of your images – this is great for batch editing your photos that were taken under the same conditions (such as all shot inside with consistent lighting). Flick the switch so that the Sync button now reads Auto Sync.ģ. Now go over to your Develop palette where you'll see a Sync button and a switch to the left (Figure 2). Select the first image in your film strip and, while holding down the Shift key, select the last image so that all your photos are selected.

When you have many photos from a shoot that you want to adjust the same way – such as a wedding or sporting event – these simple steps will help to streamline your workflow.ġ. It is recommended that if you have one of these situations, you create a new configuration with a descriptive name to avoid confusion.Adjusting several images at once in Lightroom is not only simple, but a huge time saver for batch editing. It is also possible to have multiple projects in your solution, each targeting different platforms. It is possible to have a solution-level platform set to, for example, 圆4, and have no projects within that solution targeting the same platform. Use the Batch Build window to build several solution configurations at once. Use the Configuration Manager to add at least two target platforms for the solution. Target multiple platforms with one solutionīecause you can change the settings based on the combination of configuration and platform settings, you can set up a solution that can target more than one platform. The Edit Solution Platforms dialog box opens.Ĭlick the platform you want to remove, and click Remove. In the Active solution platform box, select. This will remove all solution and project settings that you configured for that combination of configuration and target. Visual Studio will compile your application to target the platform that is set as the active platform in the Configuration Manager dialog box. In the Active solution platform box, select the platform you want your solution to target, or select to create a new platform. On the Build menu, click Configuration Manager. Each combination of solution-level configurations and targets can have a unique set of properties associated with it, allowing you to easily switch between, for example, a release configuration that targets an 圆4 platform, a release configuration that targets an x86 platform, and a debug configuration that targets an x86 platform. The Configuration Manager dialog box allows you to create and set solution-level and project-level configurations and platforms. The properties to set these are accessed through the Configuration Manager dialog box. Visual Studio provides a way for a solution to target several different CPU architectures, or platforms, at once.
